Best out of Waste Competition

Best out of waste competition was successfully organised by the Department of Home Science under the charismatic leadership of Principal Dr. Geeta Sukhija at Smt. A.A.A Government PG College, Kalka. The main aim of the competition was to provide students with a platform to showcase their creativity and to motivate them to utilise waste material productively so that we could do our bit towards leading a sustainable life and saving the environment. The onus for the successful organisation of the competition lies with Dr. Sonali Gupta from the Department of Home Science and the event was judged by Dr. Bindu Sharma, Dr. Navneet Nancy and Dr. Neeru Kamboj. Prachi from BA 2nd year won the first prize in the competition whereas, Akanksha from BA 1st year won the second prize and Ritu from BA 1st year won the third prize.
