Technical Nuances of Cake Baking

Under the able leadership of Principal, Dr. Geeta Sukheja, Home Science Department of Smt. Aruna Asaf Ali Govt. P.G. College,Kalka, organised a workshop on 'Technical Nuances of Cake Baking and Decoration 'on 11/10/2025. In all, 40 students attended the workshop. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Rahul Gaur and his team of professional chefs from Bento Cakery.The principal appreciated the efforts of Dr. Sonali Gupta.
