Vande Mataram

The Government College, Kalka, organized a collective singing of the national song 'Vande Mataram' under the guidance of Principal Dr. Geeta Sukhija, as per the directions of the Higher Education Department. The event was conducted by the National Service Scheme (NSS) units, where volunteers and staff members came together to sing the national song, fostering a sense of unity and patriotism in the campus.
The program was coordinated by NSS Program Officers Dr. Ashish Kumar, NSS Program Officer and Assistant Professor Savita. The event saw significant contributions from Assistant Professor, Sunita Chauhan, Head of the Political Science Department; Assistant Professor Mr. Jagpal, Head of the Punjabi Department; Assistant Professor Savita & Assistant Professor Anu Dahiya from Commerce Department.
On this occasion, Principal Dr. Geeta Sukhija stated that the objective of the National Service Scheme is to inculcate social responsibility and patriotism among students. All participants expressed their commitment to the nation's unity and integrity by singing the national song in unison.
