Under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority and able guidance of Madam Principal Dr. Geeta Sukhija, and Prof. Dr. Virender Atwal, convener Legal Literary Cell,
A talk was conducted on the topic Burning of stubble and it's impact on environment on 3rd nov, 2025. The talk was attended by committee members Ms. Pooja, Ms. Neetu, Ms. Swati. The students were very inquisitive by putting certain queries regarding the govt initiatives to end up this menace. Advocate Ms. Sonia Saini, Official Counsellor on the panel of DLSA was the key note speaker on this occasion. She elaborated the various ill effects of stubble burning and degradation of environment and also appraised the initiatives made by govt to tackle the practices of stubble burning by farmers.
